Thank you for your interest in our brand new community! Construction is tentatively scheduled to be completed in August 2019 (subject to potential delays). Homes are under construction and are thus not available to tour (see website for floor plan layouts). Occupancy is expected to occur in Late September/Early October, subject to potential delays.
Our waitlist for our subsidized and moderate income homes is currently closed. However, we are still accepting applications to our MassHousing Affordable Housing Program, targeting those households at or below 120% AMI (Area Median Income). Click here for our Marketing Flyer which contains information on rental rates and income restrictions to qualify for this Program.

For those households who have already applied for our Lottery by the July 15th deadline, we will be in touch with the scheduled Lottery date in LATE AUGUST. If you are a Lottery Applicant (applied prior to the deadline) and have not heard from us, no further steps need be taken as we are only reaching out to those with incomplete applications. Due to the volume of applications, we cannot reach out to all applicants at this time with confirmations of application receipt or status updates.

Please review the income qualifications on the Marketing Flyer linked above to determine if your household would meet the income qualifications outlined.
